By using doyouplaybadminton.com, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

The site helps people answer “do you play badminton?” with a shareable player card, local Bengaluru play info, optional discount emails, and optional arcade games / leaderboards. It is a personal project run by Shivam Taneja, not a booking marketplace or official sports federation.

Card details live in the link and QR code you create. Anyone with that link can view what you put on it. You are responsible for the content of your card and for who you share it with. Don't include private contact details, other people's data, or anything illegal or abusive.

Guest play does not require an account. Joining a leaderboard or saving a public profile does. You must provide accurate signup details you are allowed to use, keep your login safe, and only submit scores from your own play.

Arcade scores are for fun. They are not a verified measure of real-court skill. We may remove scores, profiles, or accounts that look cheated, abusive, or fake, and we may reset or change leaderboard formats (including weekly boards).

If you link Playo, Hudle, Instagram, or other profiles, you confirm you own or control those accounts and that sharing the link here does not break that platform's rules. We do not control those services.

Don't use the site to:

• Harass, impersonate, or scam people
• Spam, scrape, or overload the service
• Hack, cheat, or reverse-engineer leaderboard systems
• Upload unlawful, hateful, or infringing content
• Collect other users' personal data without permission

We may suspend access if you break these rules.

Discount signup is optional. Offers, if any, come from us or partners we mention; availability is not guaranteed. You can leave the list anytime via the contact page.

The site uses providers such as Vercel, Google (including Firebase and reCAPTCHA), Resend, Google Sheets, and Typeform. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their processing. Outbound court, app, and social links are not our responsibility.

The site is provided “as is.” We try to keep it useful, but we don't promise uninterrupted access, perfect scores, accurate court info, or that any feature will stay available forever. Use it at your own risk.

To the fullest extent allowed by Indian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site, relying on a player card, joining a game with someone you met through the site, or third-party services. Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms for future use of the site.
