Privacy
Short version: cards stay in the link; accounts and scores are stored only if you opt in.
Effective October 4, 2026
Who we are
This site is run by Shivam Taneja in Bengaluru, India. For privacy purposes under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), we are the Data Fiduciary for personal data we decide how to use on this site.
Your card
Your name, area, level, Instagram handle, and any Playo, court-app, or calendar links are not stored by us when you only make a card. They live inside your card's link and QR code, so anyone with the link can see them. Don't put anything on your card you wouldn't post publicly.
Your email
If you join the court discounts list, we store your email only to tell you about discounts. We never sell it. Want it gone? Use the contact page and we'll take it off.
Accounts, games, and leaderboards
You can play arcade games as a guest with no account. If you sign up to join a leaderboard or save a public player profile, we store the details you choose to share — for example display name, area, skill level, linked profile URLs, account identifiers, and game scores — so we can show rankings, keep your profile, and run the feature.
That account and score data is processed with Firebase (Google). Google acts as our data processor / service provider for authentication and database hosting. Their practices are described in the Firebase Privacy and Security documentation and Google's Privacy Policy.
Why we use your data
We use personal data only for these purposes:
- Sending court-discount emails you asked for
- Creating and securing your optional account
- Running leaderboards, profiles, and related game features
- Stopping spam and abuse
- Understanding basic site traffic
- Responding when you contact us
We rely on your consent for waitlist signup and account features, and on legitimate use needed to run a public website (security, basic analytics, showing content you chose to make public).
Your rights under the DPDP Act
If we hold personal data about you (for example an email on the waitlist, or an account), you can ask us to:
- Tell you what we hold and correct it if it's wrong
- Erase it when you withdraw consent or no longer want the service
- Have questions answered about how we use it
Reach us through the contact page. We'll respond within a reasonable time. Some public card links only exist on your device or in links you shared — delete or stop sharing those links if you want that content offline. Leaderboard or profile data you posted publicly may remain visible until we process your erasure request.
Where data is processed
We are based in India. Email, hosting, analytics, spam checks, and Firebase may process data on servers outside India (including through Google and other providers below). By using those features, you understand your data may be transferred internationally to operate the service.
How long we keep it
Waitlist emails stay until you ask to leave or we shut the list down. Account and leaderboard data stays while your account is active, or until you ask us to delete it, unless we need a short record for security or abuse prevention. Guest game play is not stored by us.
Spam check
This site is protected by reCAPTCHA. Google uses that check to tell people from bots, and their Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
Analytics and hosting
The site is hosted on Vercel and may use Vercel Analytics for aggregated traffic. Those providers process technical data such as IP address, device, and pages visited under their own policies.
Other services we use
Depending on what you do, data may also be handled by Resend (emails), Google Sheets (waitlist storage), and Typeform (feedback). Each has its own privacy policy for what you send through them.
Feedback
Feedback is collected through an external form we link to. Whatever you send there is covered by that service's own privacy policy, not this one.
Links elsewhere
Apps, courts, Instagram, Playo, Hudle, and other profiles we link to have their own privacy rules. If you link an external profile to your account or card, that platform's policy applies to data on their side.
Children
This site is aimed at people who can agree to these terms on their own. If you are a parent or guardian and think a child has given us personal data, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes in a material way, we'll update the effective date on this page. Keep using the site after that means you are okay with the updated policy for future use.
Contact
Questions, corrections, or deletion requests: contact page. Also see our Terms.
